WALK YOUR CHILD TO CLASS DAY

Walk your Child to Class Day for students in Grades 1, 4 and 6th will be on Friday, January 31st. According to our new safety protocols parents must pre-register for clearance to visit our building. Parents are welcomed to stay for coffee and conversation after walking their child to class.

EVERY SCHOOL YEAR

Parents interested in volunteering or chaperoning a field trip must have a background check completed by Miami-Dade County Public Schools every year. Please visit the following link : https://www.engagemiamidade.net/volunteers to register. The process may take up to 3-5 days. Once cleared, parents must stop by the Magnet Office for their new ID badge. Parents will not be contacted by the school. The badge must be worn at all times when volunteering on campus or chaperoning a field trip.
